Life can be overwhelming especially on a busy day! But what if I tell you there's a way to effectively start your day and avoid procrastinating for the rest of the day?
So first of all, let me be real with you- I can be the QUEEN of procrastination! Whew CHILE...when I tell you, just foolish. I have been determined to be better though and I want to help you do the same.
According to @thebriantracy, renowned speaker & author of Eat The Frog,
"If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first." This is another way of saying that if you have two important tasks before you, start with the biggest, hardest, and most important task first. Just get it out of the way honey!
Why so? Because we tend to do the hardest task later “when the time is right“ but really there is no better time than now because you are most likely to procrastinate the whole day just to avoid that task.
DO IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.
You will find that once you finish eating that one ugly frog, you seem to be naturally motivated to work throughout the day because the hardest, most important task is off of your mind.
