During a coaching session, you can expect clarity from your pressions questions. We will focus on solutions to your problems and identify specific actions to move closer to your desires outcomes.

02 Is coaching confidential?
Yes, coaching is confidential. This means that everything discussed during the coaching sessions, including personal information, challenges, goals, and progress, is kept strictly confidential between you and your coach.
03 What should I prepare for the coaching call?
Before you can book a call with me, I will send a questionnaire which you will have to answer to the best of your ability. I will review your answers so we can get the best out of our session/s.
04 Can I revisit the call after?
Yes, you can. Every call is recorded and uploaded for you to rewatch.
The call will be available 30 days after being uploaded.
