01 Can I request specific topics or areas of focus for the coaching call?
Absolutely! Our coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. Before you can book a call with me, I will send a questionnaire that you need to answer to the best of your ability to ensure you get the best of our 1:1 session/s.
02 What types of issues or challenges can I discuss during a coaching call?
During our coaching sessions, you're welcome to explore a wide range of issues and challenges across various aspects of your autism journey. But a questionnaire will be provided prior to our call to make sure we can give clarity to your pressing questions and challenges as a special needs parent.
03 Can coaching calls be recorded for future reference?
Yes, we can record the call with you explicit consent for future reference and reflection. Do note that the call will only be available online 30 days after being uploaded.
04 What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a coaching call?
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching call, especially with our special needs children.
We only ask that you provide us with at least 12 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled session.
If you need to reschedule, kindly reach to use via email, and we'll work together to find a new suitable time for your coaching sessions.
05 How do I provide feedback about my coaching experience?
After each coaching session, you may receive a brief form via email. This allows you to provide feedback on the session, including what worked well and areas of improvement.
